Waingākau vision is to support whānau Māori into home ownership, especially first home buyers.

This aspiration is ambitious, unusual and breaks the traditional cycle of 'climbing the property ladder'. We are proud to walk alongside future homeowners and tautoko the complex journey of obtaining a family home.

Taiwhenua Tautoko - TToH Contribution

Waingākau incorporates modern architecture, quality materials and clever design to only build Haukāinga Hauora (Healthy Homes).  This means, passively warm, dry, healthy and efficient homes.
